
BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott field hockey team has been chosen first overall in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Preseason Coaches' Poll, as announced by the league office earlier today.
Endicott, who is coming off back-to-back conference championships in 2018 and 2019, earned 48 points and six out of seven first place votes (FPV) in this year's poll.
The Gulls were followed by the University of New England (43, one FPV), Salve Regina (33), Roger Williams (28), Western New England (21), Gordon (12), and Nichols (11) respectively.
Endicott opens up its 2021 season at home against Babson on Wednesday, September 1 at 6 PM at North Field.
