CCC CHAMPIONSHIP: No. 1 Endicott Hosts No. 2 UNE On Saturday, Nov. 3 At 1 PM

BEVERLY, Mass. – The first-seeded Endicott field hockey team is set to host the second-seeded University of New England for the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship game on Saturday, Nov. 3 at 1 PM on North Field. 

FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • The Gulls went undefeated in regular season CCC play for the first time since 2008. 
  • Endicott earned the first seed in the tournament for the first time since the 2012 season. The Nor'easters held the first seed in the tournament from 2013-2017. 
  • The Gulls and the Nor'easters will have met in the CCC Championship game in four of the last five years. 
  • Nationally, Kristen McCarthy (Danvers, Mass.) is now tied for second in goals per game (1.45). 
  • Endicott is looking to capture their first CCC Title and NCAA Tournament appearance since 2012.  

WHAT'S NEXT

The winner of Saturday's contest will be crowned the CCC Champion and earn the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
