CCC ATHLETES OF THE WEEK RELEASE
BEVERLY, Mass.- Endicott field hockey student-athlete Taylor Farrin (Danvers, Mass.) was named Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Defensive Player of the Week for her efforts in net as the Gulls went 1-1 on the week.
Farrin recorded eight saves in a 6-0 season-opening victory over Wheaton (Mass.) on August 31 to earn her fifth career shutout. She then recorded three saves in a 3-0 loss to No. 7 Babson on September 1.
Overall, Farrin ended the week with a 1.50 GAA and a .786 save percentage.
