Jack Dustin enters his sixth year with the Endicott football program in 2023-24.

During his first year with the team, Dustin served as the program's defensive line coach and also served the athletics department and the football team as its strength and conditioning coordinator. However, in 2019, Dustin was named the athletic department's first full-time strength and conditioning coach after earning the promotion on June 4, 2019

Meanwhile, in his lone season as a defensive line coach, Dustin guided two student-athletes to All-Conference honors - including one first-team selection. The Gulls' defensive unit ranked third in points per game (27.5) in the conference and posted league-best figures in tackles per game (82.6) and total tackles (909).

Dustin joined the Endicott staff after a two-year stint at NCAA Division II Assumption College. During his time at Assumption, Dustin coached both offensive and defensive line groups, oversaw the academic progress of all student-athletes on the squad, and assisted with nutrition, and strength & conditioning. Dustin also coached three All-Conference student-athletes while at Assumption including one First Team honoree and two Second Team selections.

Dustin is a 2014 graduate of Assumption College with a Bachelor's in Business Management. During his time at Assumption, Dustin was a four-year student-athlete for the Greyhounds' football program and earned numerous accolades including two NE10 All-Conference selections, two Worcester Area All-Star First Team honors, and a BSN All-Region Honorable Mention award. Academically, Dustin also earned multiple honor roll awards.

After his playing career at Assumption, Dustin went on to serve as a senior intern and strength & conditioning intern at Coastal Carolina University prior to returning to Assumption College as an assistant coach.
