BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott football team (4-1, 2-0 CCC Football) will host Curry College (1-4, 1-1 CCC Football) this Saturday at 12 PM. Here's a preview of this weekend's conference matchup.
FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
- The all-time series between Endicott and Curry is tied at 8-8 headed into Saturday's tilt.
- Curry's 0-3 record on the road this season is a bit misleading as the Colonels have lost two of those three games by less than a field goal (Franklin Pierce, 29-27 | Coast Guard, 17-7 | Husson, 42-40).
- Among all NCAA Division III programs, Endicott ranks No. 49 in scoring defense (17.2 PPG) and No. 16 in red zone offense (.909).
- Curry junior running back Zach Levy (Bellingham, Mass.) is first in yards (293), yards per game (146.5), yards per rush (13.3), and touchdowns (4) in conference-only games this season.
- If the Gulls were to win on Saturday, it would be the 100th victory in the 17-year history of the program (established in 2003).
