Kalosky, Pagett Claim CCC Football Weekly Awards

CCC FOOTBALL WEEKLY RELEASE

BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott student-athletes Joe Kalosky (Plymouth, Conn.) and Joseph Pagett (Newtown, Conn.) have earned Commonwealth Coast Football (CCC Football) weekly awards, as announced by the league office earlier today. Kalosky was named the CCC Football Offensive Player of the Week, while Pagett claimed Defensive Rookie of the Week accolades, respectively.

In Endicott's 55-27 win over Framingham State University on Friday, September 6, Kalosky had a strong season-opening performance as the senior quarterback went 21-for-28 (75.0 percent) through the air for 374 yards. Five of those passes also ended up in the end zone as Kalosky matched his career-high with five touchdown passes.

Meanwhile, Pagett's collegiate debut was a memorable one for the freshman defensive back. Pagett recorded three tackles (two solo, one assisted) and also picked off two passes on Friday night, while one of those interceptions was returned 37 yards for a touchdown.
