CCC FOOTBALL RELEASE

BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott football student-athletes Shea McManaway (Lisbon, Conn.) and Nick DiCairano (Trumbull, Conn.) have earned Commonwealth Coast Football (CCC Football) weekly awards, as announced by the league earlier today. McManaway was named the CCC Football Offensive Rookie of the Week for the second time in his career, while DiCairano garnered Special Teams Player of the Week accolades for the fourth time this season.

In Endicott's 66-38 win over the University of New England (UNE) on Saturday, McManway did damage as a wide receiver and also as a quarterback in Endicott's big conference win over Nor'easters. He caught four passes for a total of 59 yards with two of those receptions going for scores. He also had a six-yard touchdown pass in the contest.

Meanwhile, DiCairano recorded 12 points in the Gulls victory over UNE. He was 1-for-2 on his field goal attempts, converting a 42-yarder, and was perfect on his point-after attempts (PATs) going 9-for-9, which tied the program record in PATs made and attempted.
