Endicott Ranked Ninth In Grinold Chapter New England Division III Football Poll

BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott football team has been ranked ninth overall in the third Grinold Chapter New England Division III football weekly rankings, as announced by the organization earlier today.

MIT received 11 first place votes to top the poll for the third straight week, while Western Connecticut (which received two first place votes) ranked second and Springfield sits in third place. 

Meanwhile, Williams and Amherst (who each garnered a first place vote) round out the top five, and Framingham State, Tufts, Western New England, Endicott, and Trinity followed in respective order to conclude this week's poll.

The New England Division III Football Poll is presented by the Jack Grinold Eastern Massachusetts Chapter of the National Football Foundation, which also serves as the title sponsor of the weekly Gold Helmet Awards presented by the New England Football Writers Association throughout the season.
