MILTON, Mass. – Behind a season-high 555 yards on offense, the Endicott football team routed Curry College, 52-22, on Saturday evening at Walter M. Katz Field.
The Gulls received career days from quarterback Joe Kalosky (Plymouth, Conn.), running back Anthony Whiteley (Pittsfield, Mass.), and wide receivers Shea McManaway (Lisbon, Conn.) and Christian Cole (Goshen, N.Y.) in the victory.
Kalosky threw for 245 yards (19 completions, 29 attempts, one interception) and a career-high five touchdowns, while McManaway hauled in a career-high nine receptions (91 yards) and a career-high three touchdowns, to highlight the Gulls.
Meanwhile, Cole notched career-highs in receptions (5), yards (96), and touchdowns (2, 25 yards, 55 yards), while Whiteley dashed for a career-high 178 yards and one touchdown on 16 carries.
Leading 24-22 with 2:11 in the third quarter, Endicott ran away with the contest as the Gulls scored 28 unanswered points in the fourth to secure the eventual blowout victory.
McManaway started the offensive outburst with a 17-yard TD catch at the 14:53 mark to make it a 31-22 matchup. Connor Schinderman (Chappaqua, N.Y.) then followed McManaway's score with a 65-yard fumble recovery touchdown run down the left sideline after William Rivera (Orangeburg, N.Y.) registered a strip sack at Endicott's own 35-yard line to go ahead 38-22 (11:05).
Cole was next on the highlight reel tape for the Gulls as the senior wideout torched his defender down the right sideline for a 55-yard score (8:37, 45-22), and then Whiteley punctuated the win as the game wound down with an 82-yard TD straight through the heart of the Colonels' defense to conclude the scoring at 52-22 (1:10).
FOR ENDICOTT
- Kalosky's five TD passes and McManaway's three TD catches are both tied for second all-time in a single game.
- Whiteley's 82-yard rushing touchdown in the fourth quarter is the second-longest run from scrimmage in program history.
- Endicott's 555 yards on offense is tied for sixth all-time in program history.
- Nick DiCairano (Trumbull, Conn.) connected on a 45-yard field goal at 10:41 of the first quarter (3-0 lead) and connected on all seven of his point-after attempts (tied for sixth all-time).
- Rivera finished the contest with a game-high 12 tackles (seven solo, five assisted, 1.5 tackles for loss), one sack, one forced fumble, and one pass breakup.
- Christian Pizzotti (Melrose, Mass.) tallied nine tackles (four solo, five assisted, 1.0 tackles for loss), and one interception, which came with under a minute to play in the second quarter with Curry threatening near the red zone trailing 17-9 at the time.
- The Gulls compiled five sacks total (20 yards lost) on the evening. Kevin O'Brien (Braintree, Mass.) paced the defense with 1.5 sacks, while Rivera, James Lewis (New Fairfield, Conn.), and Sam Opont (Bridgeport, Conn.) all had one sack. Tom Lorusso (Stony Brook, N.Y.) also registered a half-a-sack with O'Brien for a three-yard loss.
- Neal Parry (Marshfield, Mass.) played a pivotal role in the contest for the Gulls as sophomore punter completed three attempts for 107 yards (35.7 average, long 41), which included two inside-the-20, and one touchback.
- Endicott never trailed in the contest.
FOR CURRY
- Zach Levy (Bellingham, Mass.) shined for the Colonels with two rushing touchdowns (15-yards, 24-yards) on 17 attempts for 110 yards.
- Nick Juvelier (Centereach, N.Y.) completed 26 passes on 44 attempts for 219 yards, one touchdown, and an interception.
- Mike DelGais (East Rockaway, N.Y.) caught nine passes (tied game-high) for 99 yards and Dylan Viera-Owens (Everett, Mass.) had five catches for 40 yards and one touchdown (4-yarder).
- Devin Williams (Gardner, Mass.) notched a team-high eight tackles (two solo, six assisted, 1.5 tackles for loss).

Endicott (3-2, 1-0 CCC Football) hosts Nichols College on Saturday, October 6 at 12 PM. Curry (2-3, 0-1 CCC Football) travels to the University of New England next Saturday at 1 PM.
