Linebacker Nick Scozzaro named ECAC Defensive Player of the Week

Centerville, Mass. - Endicott junior linebacker \#Nick Scozzaro\# (Wellington, Fla.) was named Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III North Defensive Player of the Week for his play in a Gulls 23-15 victory over Western New England College. 

Scozzaro, who was named New England Football Conference (NEFC) Defensive Player of the Week, totaled 10 tackles, seven solo and three assisted.  Four and one-half of his tackles went for a loss of yardage, including three sacks.  Scozzaro's final sack came on WNEC's final drive inside the Endicott 10-yard line on fourth down to put the Blue and Green in the driver seat towards victory. 

Endicott plays tomorrow against MIT at 5:00 pm at Endicott Stadium.  The Gulls will honor 13 seniors who have made a major impact on Endicott's football success over the past four years.
