Bay amassed 11 total tackles in a low-scoring match up with the Engineers who went on to edge the Gulls 6-3 with neither team scoring a touchdown. RPI had beaten Endicott by an average of 27.0 points per game in the previous three meetings.
Bay had seven solo tackles and assisted on four more take downs while adding two pass break ups for a Gulls defense that allowed just 2.8 yards per rushing attempt and 7.7 yards per completion.
Endicott will be back in action on Saturday, September 18 for a road game against Fitchburg State at 1:30 pm.
