Nicole Sao Pedro-Welch earned an M.F.A in Interdisciplinary Art from Goddard College, a Masters of Education in Arts in Learning from Endicott College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance from Point Park University.

She has been the Coordinator of Dance, an Assistant Professor, and head coach of the Endicott College dance team for the past 15 years. Sao Pedro-Welch has coached the dance team to win all accolades listed within the program stats above. In her Coordinator and Professor appointment, she has choreographed numerous full-length shows for the Dance Program, seven Mainstage Musicals for the theater program, has taught a variety of dance courses within the program, and has co-founded both the Dance Minor and PA major programs at Endicott.

Sao Pedro-Welch's professional choreography has been presented at the IUGTE Conference in Styria, Austria, along with professional venues around New England, and New York City.

Her professional dance credits include the Boston Celtics Dance Team, Quicksilver Dance, Peter DiMuro's Public Display of Motion, Danny Swain Dance Company, and Monkeyhouse of Boston, MA. Dancing for these companies, Sao Pedro-Welch has performed in many festivals including Montreal Fringe (Canada), Dumbo Dance Festival and Cool New York, (Brooklyn, N.Y.), NACHMO (Boston, Mass.) among many other professional dance venues and shows.
