Lauren Duddy '13 enters her seventh season as an assistant coach with the dance team at Endicott in 2021-22. Duddy previously served as a volunteer coach with the program for the last three seasons (2013-15).

Duddy, who earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Dance from Endicott in 2013, competed for the dance team for four years as an undergraduate student capping her senior season as captain of the squad. Duddy led the 2012-13 team to a No. 6 national ranking in the Open Pom Division at UDA College Nationals, and a No. 1 ranking in the College Pom Division at the UDA College Regionals. The Gulls also ranked No. 2 in the College Jazz Division that season at regionals as well.

Along with her responsibilities as a volunteer coach for the last three seasons, Duddy has managed all of the team's social media accounts including their Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts.

Outside of Endicott, Duddy has been a dance instructor at the Arlington Boys and Girls Club since 2011.
