BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott dance senior captain Danielle Chabot '18 (Worcester, Mass.) has landed her dream job with Turn It Up Dance Challenge, a dance competition that tours all over the United States and also runs national conventions. Chabot will serve as an emcee for Turn It Up Dance Challenge and also be responsible for coordinating the backstage of the competition.

In addition to that, Chabot will learn the ins-and-outs of Turn It Up Dance Challenge, with the goal of one day opening her own dance competition. Chabot believes her hospitality management major with a concentration in event management and minor in dance will help her achieve this goal.

"I started dancing at the age of three and have never stopped! I also started competing at the age of eight and Turn It Up Dance Challenge was one of my favorite competitions to attend growing up. I was always interested in events and event management so I appreciated how smooth and successful this competition was," said Chabot. "A goal of mine is to open my own dance competition, and I am excited to be learning from Melissa Burns, the President and Director of Turn It Up Dance Challenge. This season I will be working as an emcee and helping out backstage. I am excited to travel with the company this semester and meet so many dedicated dancers and studio owners. Some places I am traveling to this year include, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia, and Missouri."
