Endicott Dance Team Makes Program History In Florida
BEVERLY, Mass. – This past weekend the Endicott dance team competed at the Wide World of Sports in Orlando, Florida for the UCA/UDA College National Championships. The Gulls competed against tough competition featuring 28 teams from across the country in Jazz and 15 teams in Pom.

Endicott was focused, prepared, and driven allowing them to advance to the finals of both Jazz and Pom for the first time in program history. It is not common for a program to have two routines advance to finals and the Gulls were strong enough to do so. Endicott also placed highest in New England, taking 7th place in Pom and 14th in Jazz with tenths of a point between top 9 through 14.

"This past week could not have been any better," said head coach Nicole Sao Pedro-Welch. "I am beyond proud of this team, not only for their work ethic, and talent, but for their maturity and strong representation of Endicott College."

Endicott will return to action at UDA's New England Dance Championships on March, 6 at Westfield State University.
