BEVERLY, Mass.- For the fifth consecutive year, the Endicott College dance team has been named New England Regional champion. The Gulls, led by seventh year head coach Nicole Sao Pedro-Welch, parlayed their momentum from a historic performance at nationals into a record setting performance at the regional competition.
The Endicott Dance Team prepared a video prior to their participation in the 2015 UDA Nationals and told their story of commitment, community service, and love of dance.
The Endicott Dance Team fly back to the nest on Friday, January 9 to prepare for College Dance Team Nationals held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports in Orlando, Florida. Our dance team will be competing against 27 other Division II and III colleges from across the United States in the Jazz and Pom categories in this two-day competition taking place on January 17th-18th, 2015.
The Endicott dance team is ready to take on the year, with 8 seniors, 3 juniors, 8 sophomores, and 6 freshmen and their talent is better than ever. Coming off of a successful season winning Regionals for the third year in a row and placing top 8 in Pom and top 14 in Jazz at UDA nationals in Orlando Florida, the team is focused, and ready to work for a higher nationals placement.
BOSTON, Mass.- The Boston Celtics Dancers have announced their 2014 squad and Endicott alum Cara Desjarlais ('12) has been named to the roster. Desjarlais, who was an athletic training major while at Endicott, was selected to the roster following a difficult and lengthy audition process and now joins a team that had just 19 women on the roster last year.
