Jon Cahill
Title: Assistant Coach
Jon Cahill is in his eighth year as an assistant coach on the Endicott baseball coaching staff in 2017-18.
 
Born, raised, and residing in Peabody, Mass., Cahill attended and graduated from the University of Massachusetts – Lowell in 2001. Cahill was a member of the first Riverhawks' baseball team in school history to reach the Division II World Series in 2001. He was inducted into the UMass Lowell Athletic Hall of Fame in 2008.
 
In 2001, Cahill signed as a free agent infielder with the Anaheim Angels organization and stayed in the system for two years, making it as high as Double-A. He then spent two seasons with the Washington Wild Things of the Frontier League before coaching and managing independent baseball for the next six years.
 
Cahill has been around different levels of baseball and looks forward to using his knowledge to help the Gulls grow and succeed. He is excited about continuing the success of the Endicott baseball program by attaining new heights with a primary focus on a World Series berth.
