
BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott freshman pitcher Brady Stuart (Hudson, Mass) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office earlier today.
Stuart was fantastic for Endicott this week in two appearances on the mound. He started off the week with a relief appearance on Monday (March 13) against Pomona-Pitzer, tossing 2 1/3 innings of scoreless baseball, allowing just two hits and striking out three for the win.
Later in the week, he got the start against Occidental. It was his first career start and he earned the victory with six innings of work. He allowed three hits, no walks and allowed just one earned run. He had a 1.08 ERA for the week.
This award is Stauart's first CCC honor.
