CCC BASEBALL WEEKLY AWARDS RELEASE
BEVERLY, Mass. — Enidoctt baseball student-athlete Nicholas Cannata (Marlborough, Conn.) was named CCC Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office earlier today.
Cannata posted a 1-0 weekly record with one save and a 2.25 ERA in two appearances in the Gulls' 3-1 week.
On Saturday, Cannata slammed the door with a strong seventh inning of work in a 3-2 win at Suffolk. The next day, Cannata went the distance in Endicott's 7-1 victory, tossing seven innings of five-hit ball while striking out eight.
WHAT'S NEXT
Endicott (10-6) hosts Wentworth next Saturday for a doubleheader at 12/2:30 PM.
