Baseball Team Volunteers with Harborlight Community Partners, Inc.

The Endicott Baseball team exemplified their belief of being men of high quality character on and off the field by contributing to the success of an annual charity fundraiser. Harborlight Community Partners, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides affordable assisted living for those in need. Each Fall, the Beverly location holds their Annual Yard Sale to raise funds to support the well-being of all individuals within the Harborlight Community home. The members of the Endicott Baseball team assisted in the set-up and breakdown of the yard sale, providing relief for the employees who committed their entire day to the cause.

Junior infielder Harry Oringer stated, "Today not only provided us with the opportunity to bond as a team, but it also enhanced the image of Endicott Baseball and Endicott College within the Beverly Community."

This is not the first year the baseball team has supported the efforts of the Harborlight Community home as Activities Coordinator Kelly Hilton explained.  "They did a fabulous job, we really couldn't have done it without them.  Please know they are by far the best volunteers we have, and enjoy their return every year."  With the release of their 2014 schedule, the team has added yet another date to their 2014 calendar as they will return next year to assist the Harborlight family.
