BEVERLY, MA - The Endicott baseball team earned the No. 7 seed in the Ithaca Regional of the 2006 NCAA Division III Baseball Tournament.
The Gulls (23-20) will travel to Auburn, New York for the New York Regional hosted by Ithaca College. Endicott will take on host Ithaca College (31-9) Wednesday in the first round at 1:00pm. All games will be played in Falcon Park, home of the Auburn Doubledays (Toronto Blue Jays, New York-Penn League, Short A affiliate).
Cortland State (37-7), captured the No. 1 seed in the Regional while Ithaca earned the second seed in the bracket. Rensselaer (33-9) is the No. 3 seed, Eastern Connecticut State (29-17) earned the fourth seed, St. Lawrence (23-12) captured the fifth seed and Centenary (New Jersey) (28-11) is the No. 6 team in the regional.
