In order for ALL student-athletes to be released to a parent or guardian at a road game or event and avoid traveling back with the team to Endicott, an online transportation release form must be completed and approved by the Director of Athletics.
This form, linked up to the sport name at the bottom of this page, must be completed and received 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. Failure to submit this form 24 hours prior to the event will automatically void authorization of departure. The form will be on file with the Director of Athletics and a copy will be given to the student-athlete's coach prior to the team's departure from campus.
By submitting this form, Endicott College will not be liable or culpable for any injuries, accidents, or other harm that may occur when the student is released to another party for transportation. The student-athlete named will only be released to the responsible parent or guardian listed on the transportation release form.
