As an Associate Athletic Director, Quirk oversees all of the men’s teams and coaches. He also works with the leadership program with team captains and emerging leaders through the EC L.E.A.D. Program (Leaders of Endicott Athletic Department) as well as overseeing day-to-day operations in the athletic department.

As the Admissions Liaison, he works closely with the admissions office and head coaches throughout the entire recruiting process.

Another key component of his job is working with institutional advancement through fundraising for the Gull Club Golf Challenge.

Quirk was previously the head coach for the Endicott men’s lacrosse team from 1998 to 2015.
