Jon Pistey enters his third year at Endicott as the Assistant Director of Arena Operations at the Raymond J. Bourque Ice Arena in 2020-21. Pistey is responsible for aiding the arena operations staff in the following areas: oversight of arena, programming, facility scheduling, camps, facility maintenance, and special events.

During his time in the industry, Pistey has racked up 14 years of professional expertise in sports facility management. Pistey most recently worked for The Roxbury Latin School (Boston, Mass.) as their Indoor Athletic Facility Manager & Coordinator of Facility Rentals, where he was responsible for the startup of the school's new ice rink. Additionally, Pistey has worked at Whittemore Center Arena (Durham, N.H.), Park City Ice Arena (Park City, Utah), and Phillips Academy Ice Rinks (Andover, Mass.)

Pistey holds several certifications from Serving the American Rinks (STAR), including Ice Rink Manager, Ice Technician, Safe Ice Resurfacer Operation, Operations and Risk Management, and Facility Maintenance. He also earned his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Gettysburg College.
