2021 Endicott Graduate Assistants Continue Program’s Storied Success

BEVERLY, Mass. – In the world of college athletics, coaching trees are often viewed as another means to evaluate a program's success. That theory also applies to the Endicott Athletics & Recreation Department's graduate assistant (GA) program.

"I am proud to have started my career at Endicott as a graduate assistant 20 years ago," said Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities and Recreation Mark Kulakowski M'05. "Our GAs are such an intricate part of our community, especially when you consider the countless hours of work they put in to make our department run efficiently. Endicott is a special place surrounded by special people and each one of our GAs over the past 20 years has made Endicott a better place."

The Endicott Athletics & Recreation Department's graduate assistant program follows the College's philosophy of "learning by doing". This model allows its graduate students to learn about the administrative aspects of college athletics, the training and development of employees, the intricacies of their respective craft, and much more.

Here's a list of where Endicott's graduate assistants have moved onto upon graduation.

The group below is headlined by the 2021 class (featured in the photo above) which consists of Brendan Gannon M'21, Cameron Molinare '19 M'21, and Anthony Rinaldi '19 M'21. Gannon and Rinaldi currently work at Designer Advantage as Project Managers, while Molinare is the Manager of Club Sports at Merrimack College.
