Will Clark Receives CoSIDA Academic All-District® Men's At-Large First Team Honors

COSIDA ALL-DISTRICT® AT-LARGE RELEASE | ALL-TIME ENDICOTT HONOREES

BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott men's lacrosse student-athlete Will Clark (Burnt Hills, N.Y.) has earned CoSIDA Academic All-District® Men's At-Large First Team honors, as announced by the organization earlier today.

Clark will now appear on the national ballot for selection to the CoSIDA Academic All-America® Men's At-Large Team, which will be voted on by Sports Information Directors (SIDs) from across the country and released between June 16-19.

Additionally, this is Clark's first career CoSIDA Academic All-District® At-Large First Team selection and just the second in men's lacrosse program history.

Clark, who has now joined Greg Szkop '12 M'13 on the exclusive list, will have a strong chance to become the program's first-ever CoSIDA Academic All-American® in June.

Furthermore, Clark was the only lacrosse student-athlete in Endicott's district - District 1 (Mass., Maine) - to be selected to the CoSIDA Academic All-District® Men's At-Large First Team and just one of two student-athletes from the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) to receive an award (Ryan Bloom, University of New England, men's ice hockey).

The CoSIDA Division III Men's At-Large pool is made up of eight districts that recognize all eligible student-athletes from the United States and Canada who participate in the sports of fencing, golf, gymnastics, ice hockey, lacrosse, rifle, skiing, swimming & diving, tennis, volleyball, water polo, and wrestling.

Overall, Clark was one of 89 student-athletes recognized for his combined academic and athletic performances on this year's list (eligibility rules listed below).

Clark landed a spot on this year's CoSIDA All-District® Men's At-Large First Team behind a 3.95 cumulative grade point average (GPA) as a marketing major

A soon to be three-time CCC Academic All-Conference honoree, Clark is a member and advisor of the Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society and a multiple Dean's List honoree. He also has played a major role in the men's lacrosse program's involvement with Team IMPACT and has volunteered with the One Love Foundation.

Meanwhile, Clark's internship experiences at Endicott include HireClix, JC Sweet & Co., and the EVP Beach Volleyball Tour (regional promotions).

At HireClix, Clark developed an index to evaluate employer branding and conducted cross-channel marketing client research.

Clark's impact has been equally impressive on the lacrosse field as the senior midfielder has compiled 54 goals and 37 assists for 91 points in 51 career games. His postseason awards include one CCC All-Conference First Team selection and one All-Region honorable mention award.

During Clark's time with the men's lacrosse program (2017-20), the Gulls have produced 30 overall wins, gone 21-3 in conference play (.875), captured one CCC Championship (2017) and appeared in the league's title game all three seasons.
