BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott College made Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) history this past autumn when the Gulls saw all of their fall teams compete in the championship game for each of the following sports: field hockey, men's soccer, women's soccer, women's tennis, and women's volleyball. 

Since 2000, when the CCC began sponsoring a championship for all of the previously mentioned sports at the same time, Endicott had competed in a then-league-high four out of five title games in 2008, 2011, and 2017, while Roger Williams (2006) and Gordon (2005, 2001) accomplished the same feat in previous years.

If counting men's and women's cross country and CCC Football — whose championships weren't sponsored by the CCC until 2000, 1999, and 2017, respectively — Endicott would be the first-ever athletics program to have all of its fall teams compete in and/or for every championship in the same year in league history as well. (Disclaimer: men's golf hosts a CCC qualifier in the fall and its championship in the spring; men's tennis competes in its non-traditional season in the fall and its championship in the spring)

In total, this past fall, Endicott's teams went a combined 84-33-4 overall (.711) and 40-7-3 in league play (.830). 

The field hockey team posted a program record for wins (19-5 overall) and won its second straight CCC title, while women's volleyball also captured its seventh CCC Championship in program history. In addition to those staggering numbers, both teams went a combined 20-0 in conference matchups on the year (12-0 FH | 8-0 WVB).

Meanwhile, the football program went 9-2 overall/6-1 CCC Football en route to a New England Bowl Championship victory, while both cross country programs finished fourth at the CCC Championship and won two meets, respectively, throughout the 2019 season. 

Lastly, each of Endicott's soccer programs and the women's tennis squad compiled double-digit victories on the year (12-6-2 MSOC | 10-8-2 WSOC | 11-4 WTN) to round out the list of highlights from the fall.
