Endicott Sports Information Director Shawn Medeiros Named D3SIDA Region 1 Rep

BEVERLY, Mass. – In a vote conducted by his peers, Endicott Sports Information Director Shawn Medeiros has been chosen as the Division III Sports Information Directors Association (D3SIDA) Region 1 Representative. It was announced by the organization on Wednesday. 

Medeiros will be responsible for advocating and assisting sports information personnel in Region 1, which consists of the following areas: Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Vermont. His term as D3SIDA Region 1 Representative will last for two years. 

“I am very humbled to be chosen as D3SIDA’s Region 1 Representative by my peers,” said Medeiros. “Every candidate on the ballot was worthy of being picked for this role, so I’m quite thankful for the opportunity.”

D3SIDA addresses the concerns and interests of the membership and gives Division III sports information directors a voice among the other Division III leadership groups.
